We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major problem, is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement.


Change of Mind

We currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL.
